Rules for Using the PHOTOBOOK FACTORY Website
Guarantees and Obligations
This document is an agreement between the online service PHOTOBOOK FACTORY and the individual (hereinafter referred to as the User) wishing to use the services provided by the online printing service www.photobookfactory.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as the Site). The agreement is created to regulate the relationship between the parties.
Subject of the Agreement
The online service PHOTOBOOK FACTORY grants the User the right to register on the site and place orders.
After registration, the User gains access to the "My Orders" section, where they can view the history and execution timelines of orders, edit, and submit previously created projects for processing.
This agreement comes into effect upon the creation of the User’s personal profile.
By creating a personal profile, the User accepts the terms of this agreement. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the terms without prior notice.
Rights and Obligations
The online service PHOTOBOOK FACTORY undertakes to:
1. Use images from the User's files solely for the purpose of providing services in accordance with the User's order.
2. Not transfer files to third parties, except for responsible employees and personnel of the service department of the site.
3. Not distort or alter materials submitted by the User, nor perform any corrections to original layouts without the User's consent.
4. Maintain the confidentiality of the User’s registration data but reserves the right to access the User’s profile in the following cases:
- To restore a lost password.
- To fulfill its obligations to the User.
- To assess and analyze the performance of the site.
5. Retain the right to photograph its produced items and publish photos on internet resources, without violating copyright and personal rights.
6. Have the right to send advertisements of its products and services to Users of the Site. The User may opt out of the mailing through a link in the email.
The User undertakes to:
1. Not send files with images depicting violence, pornography, or materials that violate the laws of the United Kingdom.
2. Comply with UK legislation regarding copyright and related rights when using images.
3. Provide layouts that strictly adhere to the technical requirements of the online service PHOTOBOOK FACTORY.
4. Not share their login and password access to the system with third parties.
5. Provide only accurate information about themselves, without distorting it.
6. Bear full responsibility for any information sent or transmitted to the online service PHOTOBOOK FACTORY.
7. Accept and pay for the services provided as per the issued invoice.
8. Retain the right to cancel the order until the order is sent for processing.
9. Have the right to grant access to the editing and order formation system to multiple interested parties.
