Refund Policy. Claims Review Process

The online service "PHOTOBOOK FACTORY" guarantees high-quality services that meet the standards of photo printing and binding.

If a user believes that their rights and interests have been violated, they can send a claim to the email address photobookfactory.co.uk@gmail.com. The email must include photographs of the defective items and a description of the problem.

Claims will be accepted for review within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Claims will not be considered in the following cases:

- Violation of technical requirements for layouts.
- Errors in the creation of the layout that resulted in part of the images being cropped.
- Minor differences in color reproduction between the pages of the photobook and the cover, as printing is done on different equipment.
- Minor differences in color reproduction of identical products printed at different times.
- Shifting of the center of the score on the photo image by +/- 1/2 mm.
- Differences in the symmetry of frames on the pages, which may arise from the trimming of the assembled block of the photobook (not exceeding 3-4 mm).
- Minor changes in the color of the printed material at the scoring location (center of the spread) due to stretching and compression of layers during scoring.
- External damages during transportation or mechanical damages after receipt and use.
- Mechanical damages that occurred after the customer received the order.

If the claim is approved, the user must return the defective product by the same method it was received within 14 days from the date of the claim review.

The company may either rectify the cause of the claim or provide a discount on a future order, depending on the extent of the product damage.

All claims and disputes that could not be resolved according to this agreement will be settled in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Please note: According to UK law, custom printed products are non-returnable, except in cases where they are defective or damaged.
